Reflexology - Case Study (Claire Bell)

I was initially introduced to Reflexology by my sister in law, who recommended it to me in the form of Baby Reflex when my youngest daughter was six month’s old.

Being so impressed with the effects it had, I decided to visit Linn myself having suffered with a bad back for years.

My first visit to Linn was at her treatment room in Feizor, the atmosphere was so relaxing, with Linn’s warm welcome and the sound of the open fire crackling away in front of me.

I reacted to the first session really well and noticed a lot of improvement within a few days. Following three or four more sessions, I rarely have any problems and if I do Linn is fantastic at fitting me in last minute for a shorter session; just to work on those points that need the attention.

I now make a point of seeing Linn on a monthly basis to keep on top of any aches or pains, or simply for an hours relaxation. I have recently had problems with my chest when running and an initial hours session with Linn has certainly eased it.

I couldn’t recommend Linn enough and the wonders of Reflexology.
